Battery

Another example is someone squirting mustard on another person’s shirt. Unless the person being squirted is allergic to mustard, there is not potential for real physical harm. While the person’s shirt may be ruined, no physical harm would come from this. However, it is still considered battery because the shirt was on their body at the time of the incident.
